Work includes stripping and handicap signage. <br /> o PRE-ENGINEERED STEEL BUILDING <br /> A Chief Buildings pre-engineered steel building is figured for this project. Codes <br /> and loads meet and/or exceed local and state requirements. Building size is 60' <br /> wide x 100' long with a 16' eave height. The roof pitch is at 1 on 12 with a <br /> standing seam galvalume roof system. Four bays at 25' centers make up the bay <br /> spacing. Walls and trim will be 26-gauge in standard manufacturer's paint and <br /> finish available in a variety of colors and profiles. Includes gutters and <br /> downspouts. Main frames and framing members will be finished with factory- <br /> applied primer. All manufacturers' standard warranties apply. All labor will be <br /> consistent with our safety program. <br /> o BiJILDING INSLTLATION <br /> Insulation will be fiberglass batts laminated to white vinyl teaz resistant scrim <br /> facing. Insulation thickness at walls is at 4" and 6" at roof. <br /> o DOORS AND HARDWARE <br /> The walkdoors will be steel framed hollow metal units with complete hardware <br /> packages. Doors to be Steelcraft or equal have proper fire rating labels and are <br /> insulated. Hardware will be heavy-duty commercial use. Exterior doors to receive <br /> thresholds and weather-strip. Locks will be keyed per Owner's directions. Four <br /> doors will be placed along e�erior walls and four doors are figured inside the <br /> structure. A double door will be placed between the classroom and garage area. <br /> o OVERHEAD DOORS <br /> Includes four 12' x 14' overhead doors rated for heavy commercial use. The doors <br /> aze insulated and have 26-gauge metal skin both sides. Doors include operators <br /> with tiiree button controls mounted near each door. A green light indicator has <br /> been added per your request. The light will indicate to driver when door is in fizll <br /> up positian. <br /> o CARF�NTRY&INTERIOR FINISHES. <br /> The building will be divided into two areas.
