Tattoo parlors or body piercing parlors are not covered by this definition. <br /> PET SERVICES: An establishment primarily engaged in providing grooming, obedience <br /> training, or other activities not requiring the knowledge or skill of a veterinarian and not <br /> including animal clinic and kennels. . <br /> PHARMACY, PRESCRIPTION: A building or portion thereof, used only for the dispensing of <br /> drugs,medicines and medical supplies on medical prescription. <br /> PHOTOMETRIC PLAN: A point by point plan depicting the intensity and location of lighting <br /> on the property. <br /> PLACE: An open unoccupied space or a public or private thoroughfaze other than a street or <br /> alley permanently reserved as the principal means of access to abutting property. <br /> PLACE OF WORSHIP: An establishment (such as a church, synagogue, mosque, or temple) in <br /> which religious observances are conducted. <br /> PLAN CONIMISSION: The body designated by City Council to advise the City Council on <br /> matters of planning and zoning. <br /> PLAT: A map, drawing, or chart which portrays a plan for the division or subdivision of a parcel <br /> of land. <br /> PLAT, FINAL: A drawing to engineering accuracy and containing those items specified by this <br /> ordinance indicating the layout of lots,blocks, easements, and public ways in a subdivision, <br /> together with the legal documents required herein for recording in the Macon County <br /> Recorder's Office. <br /> PLAT,PRELIMINARY: The preliminary drawing or drawings described in these regulations, <br /> indicating the proposed manner or layout of the subdivision to be submitted to the Plan � <br /> Commission, or to the Directors of the Departments of Economic and Urban Development <br /> 18 <br />
