R2002-20 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMEN <br /> T <br /> TO AGREEMENT <br /> -JUROR PARKING IN GARAGE C - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amended Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and the County of Macon providing for juror parking in Garage C of the City's <br /> Motor Vehicle Parking System be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Amended Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2002. <br /> ERRY M.
