R �� <br /> , <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Subrecipient Agreements for the Fiscal Year 2002 / 2003 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following <br /> subrecipients: Macon-Piatt AdultlTeen GED Academy, African-American Cultural and <br /> Genealogical Society of Illinois, Baby Talk, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Macon County, Decatur <br /> Catholic Charities, Decatur Macon County Opportunities Corporation, Easter Seals Central <br /> Illinois, Inc., Heritage Behavioral Health Center, Inc., Lincolnland Chapter of American Business <br /> � Clubs (AMBUCS), Macon County Health Department, Trinity Christian Methodist Episcopal <br /> Church, and, Youth With A Positive Direction be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said agreements on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2002. <br /> TERRY M.
