AGREEMENT , <br /> AGREEMENT made by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal <br /> corporation("City") and ArchiSearch Historic Preservation Consultants ("ArchiSearch"). <br /> For and in consideration of the premises set out herein, the City and ArchiSearch agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. ArchiSearch shall provide services to prepare a nomination form for the West End <br /> National Register Historic District located within the boundaries set out in paragraph 2 hereof <br /> and to present the West End National Register District to the Decatur community and to the <br /> Illinois Historic Sites Advisory Council. Said services shall be performed pursuant to this <br /> agreement and will be completed in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and <br /> Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation and in accordance with the National <br /> Register Pro�rams Guidelines (NPS-49� and with the project proposal and the project time line. <br /> Any changes in scope of work, timetable,products or budget must have prior written approval of <br /> the City and of the State Historic Preservation Office. <br /> 2. The area within which ArchiSearch shall provide services, as discussed above, is that <br /> area bounded by West Court Manor Place, Linden Avenue, Glencoe Avenue and Summit <br /> Avenue on the west, Fairview Park on the north, Fairview Avenue on the east and Sunset <br /> Avenue, Riverview Avenue and Forest Avenue on the south as shown on"Attachment A." All <br /> field work will be completed within the described boundaries. The final district boundaries may <br /> not coincided with the described boundaries depending on research and input from the Illinois <br /> Historic Preservation Agency. <br />
