5. The City shall pay ArchiSearch for the services described herein at the following rates, <br /> and according to the following schedule: <br /> January 10, 2002 - $1,500 retainer <br /> April 10, 2002 - $6,750, for the period December 15, 2001 -March 31, 2002 <br /> October 10, 2001 - $6,750, for the period April 1, 2002 - September 30, 2002 <br /> Payment will be made within thirty days after documentation of the completed work has been I <br /> submitted and an invoice is received. <br /> 6. It is expressly agreed that ArchiSearch shall not receive in excess of Fifteen Thousand I�, <br /> Dollars ($15,000) from the City for services in said described area during the term hereof. �i <br /> 7.
