RESOLUTION NO. R2001-237 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LETTER PERMIT WITH <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS <br /> FOR PERMISSION TO WORK IN STATE RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Letter Permit presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and State of Illinois, for permission to work in State right-of-way, and the same is <br /> hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayar and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said letter permit on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2001. <br /> .
