That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Illinois Central Railroad Company, for the Hubbard Avenue / Rea's Bridge Road <br /> Connector, known as State Section 00-09227-00-PV, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
