Attachment 1 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> Task 3 - Project Management and Controls <br /> Work under this task consists of managing and tracking the project budget and schedule and <br /> maintaining project files for retrieval of information to be provided to the City or to the state <br /> agencies. This work will include reviewing interim project status reports, man-hour tracking <br /> reports, charting actual progress against the project schedule, and other such activities. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> The estimated cost for construction support services is based on a 90-day period of construction as <br /> required by the City's bid documents,beginning in September 2001,with preparation of record drawings <br /> and other project closeout activities extending beyond the actual completion of field activities. <br /> Major Milestone dates for the project are anticipated as follows: <br /> • City Council Approval of Construction Contract 9-17-2001 <br /> • Notice to Proceed/Start of Construction 9-25-2001 <br /> • Project Substantially Complete 12-01-2001 <br /> • Project Construction Complete 12-15-2001 <br /> • Project Record Drawings Complete 01-30-2002* <br /> * Completion date for record drawings is based on receipt of marked-up prints from the <br /> Contractor by 01-01-2001 . <br /> O��ProjectNumberV 8500-18599\18552�CM Servwes BuJget and Scope.DOC <br />
