Operations Staff Training - The report will cover options for training of operations staff in areas such as SCADA graphics development and PLC programming. Items that will be considered here include costs associated with off-site training, operations staff availability to utilize training received, and the interest of operations staff in these areas. h. A draft report will be developed discussing the items noted above as well as the desired phasing of this project. Included in the draft report will be an estimate of probable construction costs for the various modificarion/additions. In-house quality control reviews will be conducted by ENGINEER prior to the draft being submitted for your review as well as prior to submittal of the final report. Once OWNER has had a chance to review the report, ENGINEER will meet with OWNER to discuss OWNER's comments and concerns. The final report will then be completed, incorporating OWNER comments. Under Fees,page 5, first paragraph, CHANGE the fee from $97,800 to $131,800. Under Schedule,page 6,ADD the following: With OWNER approval of Amendment No. 1 by November 5, 2001, it is expected that the SCADA System Technology Plan will be complete in February 2002.
