Responsibilities of the Client: • Printing and distribution of the Final Plan • Coordination of Public Meeting#4 • Public relations Month 7 and beyond—Assist the City in Reviewing and Guiding the Revitalization of the Near North Neighborhood. The team would be prepared to continue to assist the City and DHA as appropriate to ensure that revitalization moves forward and that the spirit and letter of the vision and plan are achieved. � Proposed Labor Fee The following fee includes the team's labor costs only, with the understanding that direct expenses such as travel, charrette materials and printing will be billed separately as reimbursable expenses. The proposed fee is to undertake the proposed scope outlined above, and is based on our understanding of the tasks and level of effort required to achieve the city's and DHA's goals. A list of potential additional services is provided below and will be treated as separate scope items to be negotiated as needed and for an additional fee.
