Water <br /> commercial district, new housing types,potential significant development <br /> projects, and significant public spaces. <br /> • Client Progress Review Meeting (TBD) <br /> • Meet with NNCT and other stakeholder groups to review Final Plan (TBD) <br /> Task 2 (OPTIONAL SERVICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE) Prepare a fully <br /> illustrated, full-color, camera-ready report that would include illustrative plans and <br /> drawings in addition to material from the Revitalization Plan. <br /> • As an adc�itional Scope item, GC&A would create a report together with a PowerPoint or <br /> other presentation for use by the city, DHA, developer, and others.
