Although the team is not responsible for assembling the tax credit submission, the team will work with the selected developer and developer's architects to provide the necessary supporting documents that have resulted from the master planning process so far. Task 5 Submit Preliminary Revitalization Plan to the City and DHA(and IHDA) Meetings: 3.1 Client Progress Review Meeting TBD 3.2 Meetings with NNCT, REMCO and other stakeholder groups TBD I Products: � • Preliminary Revitalization Plan Cliet�t Responsibilities: • Assist GC&A with meetings, logistical support PHASE 4 Draft Near North Neighborhood Plan and Design Guidelines (Weeks I 5-20) This phase will involve refining the preferred site plan and drafting the conceptual guidelines that will lead the subsequent architectural design work of the developer's team. Task 1 Draft Conceptual Design Guidelines The creation of the conceptual design guidelines would include consultation with the selected developer and developer's architects. The team is committed to working closely with the developer to ensure the design guidelines assert an achievable vision for the neighborhood.
