That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing diesel powered backhoe <br /> City Project 0102-09 presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Martin Equipment of Illinois, Inc. be accepted and a purchase <br /> order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
