Basic Services <br /> For the Basic Services described in Attachment A, Owner shall pay Design <br /> Professional the following compensation. The total not to exceed amount shall be <br /> $181,500. <br /> 1. Project Development, Detailed Design and Construction Documents, and Bidding <br /> and Award Services a lump sum fee of$175,000. This amount includes the <br /> expenses described in paragraph D.2. <br /> 2. Reimbursable expenses described in paragraph D.l shall be billed at cost and <br /> shall not exceed $2,500. <br /> 3. Reimbursable expenses described in paragraph D.3 shall be billed at cost times <br /> 1.05 and shall not exceed $2,700. <br /> B. Supplemental Services, Construction Contract Adininistration, Construction <br /> Support, Administration, and Additional Waterworks Related Services <br /> For these services, an amount equal to labor rate times 2.95 plus reimbursable <br /> expenses and plus subcontract billings times 1.05. Each item will be specifically <br /> authorized and a maximum billing limit established before the work is started.
