l. Additional meetings with local, State, or Federal agencies to discuss the Project. <br /> 2. Appearances at public hearings or before special boards. <br /> 3. Preparation of renderings, 3-D models, or plans for display. <br /> 4. Supplemental engineering work required to meet the requirements of regulatory <br /> or funding agencies that become effective subsequent to the date of this <br /> agreement. <br /> 5. Special consultants or independent professional associates requested or authorized <br /> by Owner. <br /> 6. Assistance with bid protests and rebidding. The cost of this assistance shall be the <br /> responsibility of the Owner unless the Design Professional is determined to be at <br /> fault. <br /> 7. Preparation for litigation, arbitration, or other legal or administrative proceedings; <br /> and appearances in court or at arbitration sessions, in connection with bid protests, <br /> change orders, or construction incidents. <br /> 8.
