d. Pre are minutes of the conference and issue by addendum. I <br /> P <br /> 9. Interpret bidding documents. Prepare and issue addenda to the bidding <br /> documents when required. <br /> 10. Owner will conduct the bid opening without attendance by the Design <br /> Professional. <br /> 11. Review and evaluate the qualifications of the apparent successful bidder and the <br /> proposed major or specialty subcontractors. The review and evaluation will <br /> include such factors as work completed, equipment that is available for the work, <br /> financial resources, technical experience, and responses from references. <br /> 12. Evaluate bids, and make written recommendations to Owner concerning contract <br /> award. <br /> 13. Prepare and distribute conforming copies of the construction contract documents. <br /> These services will include review of contractor's bonds, furnishing the ! <br /> Contractor unsigned construction contract documents, and transmitting the <br /> construction contract documents to Owner for signature and distribution. <br /> CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRA'I'ION, CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT <br /> AND RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE SERVIC�S <br /> Owner, at its option may contract for full or partial Construction Contract Administration, <br /> Construction Support, and Resident Project Representative services. These services will be <br /> added by amendment to this Agreement. <br /> ADDITIONAL WATERWORKS RELATED SERVICES <br /> Additional services will be provided when requested in writing by Owner. Upon written request, <br /> Design Professional agrees to develop appropriate scope of services for consideration by Owner. <br /> Design Professional understands that the request by Owner does not obligate Owner to proceed <br /> or otherwise utilize Design Professional to provide the services requested. These services will be <br /> added by amendment to this Agreement. <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES <br /> A. Any work requested by Owner that is not included in one of the items listed in any other <br /> task will be classified as supplemental services.
