R2001-138 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> -DECATUR URBAN CORRIDORS PLAN - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the proposal of HOK Planning Group to complete the Decatur Urban Corridors <br /> Plan be, and the same is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> Section 2.
