C. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> Changes in the above Scope of Work, when requested and authorized in writing in advance by the <br /> Client,will constitute Additional Services. Additional Services and Changes in the Scope of Work <br /> include, but are not limited to, changes requested by the Client, additional and/or multiple design <br /> studies requested by the Client, providing or preparing models, additional renderings, videos, or <br /> promotional materials in addition to those indicated above, planning surveys, site evaluations, <br /> environmental studies, financial feasibility, infrastructure analysis and engineering, demographics, <br /> other special studies and services provided beyond the project completion date. <br /> Additional Services will be compensated based upon a mutually agreed fee. Incurred expenses <br /> associated with any Additional Services are in addition to, and will be reimbursed at 1.15 times cost. <br /> D. FORM OF AGREEMENT <br /> HOK's professional design services shall be performed in accordance with the "General Conditions <br /> to Letter of Agreement for Architects" dated August 3, 1995, a copy of which is attached and <br /> made part of this agreement as Attachment'C'.
