COMPENSATION, EXPENSES AND PAYMENT <br /> HOK shali be compensated for performing the services as described above for a lump sum fee of <br /> One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). This fee will be inclusive of all project-related <br /> expenses, including travel and printing. <br /> Compensation <br /> Task 1: Inventory&Analysis: $20,000 <br /> Task 2: Preliminary Conceptual Aitematives $25,000 <br /> Task 3: Refine Conceptual Design $25,000 <br /> Task 4: Final Plan 3$ 0,000 <br /> TOTAL $100,000 <br /> All Fees for Professional Design Services shall be paid directly to the St. Louis office of HOK, shall <br /> be in U.S. Dollars and be net of all national, regional, local taxes and fees. <br /> page 10 of 16 <br />
