Task 4.0 - Prepare Final West Main Streetscape Plan.This task will last a�proximately five (5) weeks. HOK will prepare the Final Plan Deliverables for review with and final presentation to The City Council. Task 4.1 - Develop Final Plon Deliverables- HOK will review the Final Plan with HASC& City Staff to prepare final documents. • Finalize improvement strategies. • Finalize phasing strategies. • Finalize implementation strategies. • Finalize Report and camera-ready artwork. • Obtain HASC approval to print Final West Main Streetscape Plan documents. Task 4.2 - Final Submission and Presentation • Submit final documents. • Present Final West Main Streetscape Plan to The City Council. Deliverables HOK will prepare a camera-ready report of the planning effort in sufficient detail to explain the elements of The Urban Corridors Plan to The City of Decatur staff charged with the responsibilities of managing The Plan. Included in the plan will be a complete illustrated discussion of all of the recommendations. It is the intention of the Design Team to produce one composite Master Plan document that can be broken down into separate booklets that cover both of the projects, The Urban Corridors Plan and the West Main Streetscape.The following Deliverables will be produced: A Final Report which will document the following elements of The Project: 1) The established Vision, Goals and Objectives for the project. 2) The significant issues to be resolved by the project. 3) The analyses used in the preparation of the project. ' 4) The alternatives reviewed for the development of the project. i 5) The Conceptual Corridor Plan &West Main Streetscape. I 6) A reduced color copy of the Final Corridor Plan &West Main Streetscape. 7) The Final Comdor Plan &West Main Streetscape -A drawing, in color, prepared to scale illustrating the proposed elements of the Comdor Plan. Deliverable Quantities and Format • Up to twenty(20) black&white copies of the inventory and analysis to be delivered at Task 1.0. • Up to twenty (20) 8%z" x 11" black&white copies and one color copy of The Urban Corridors Plan Report including color copies of the Urban Corridor Plan to be delivered at Tasks 2.0 and 3.0. • Up to twenty(20) black and white copies of The Final Urban Corridors Plan and up to ten (10) color copies of the final report at task 4.0. • Provide camera-ready hard copy and digital format of all products acquired and produced in tasks 1.0 through 4.0. Digital data shall be delivered in a format consistent with the City of Decatur's software programs. page 9 of 16
