• Review the issues, goals and objectives of The West Main Streetscape Plan. <br /> • Establish the program and direction for the development of the Conceptual Plans. <br /> • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort. <br /> Task 2.3 Development o f Conceptual Plans - Based on the applicable design strategies and the <br /> agreed upon program and direction for the Plans, HOK wili develop a maximum of three <br /> conceptual alternatives for review with HASC and City Staff. <br /> • Develop preliminary altemative improvement concepts. <br /> • Develop alternative plan enlargements of several key areas to illustrate proposals. <br /> • Develop altemative sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate proposals. <br /> • Develop altemative phasing strategies. <br /> • Develop implementation strategies. <br /> Tosk 2.4 Selection o�Altemotive Plan Workshob - Based on the applicable design strategies and <br /> the agreed upon program and direction for the Alternative Plans, HOK will review the <br /> Conceptual Plans with the General Public, HASC and City Staff to identify and select the <br /> altemative plans to Refine into a single Conceptual Plan. <br /> • Present and review Altemative Conceptual Plans in a public participation workshop. <br /> • Revise and adjust the plan as necessary to achieve a consensus. <br /> • Establish an agreed upon direction for The West Main Streetscape Plan. <br /> • Obtain HASC approval to refine the Concept Plan. <br /> • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort. <br /> Task 3.0 - Refine the Conceptual Plan.This task will last approximately ei�ht (8, weeks. <br /> Based on the selected Altemative Conceptual Plans, HOK will refine the plans into a single <br /> Conceptual Plan for review by HASC and reach agreement on the elements of the Final Plan. <br /> Tosk 3.1 Re fine Finol Plan - HOK will review and refine the elements of the selected single <br /> Conceptual Plan for development into the Final West Main Streetscape Plan. <br /> • Refine conceptual concept. <br /> • Refine plan enlargements of several key area to illustrate improvements. <br /> • Refine sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate improvements. <br /> • Refine phasing strategies. <br /> • Refine implementation strategies. <br /> • Prepare preliminary draft and mock-up of final study deliverables. <br /> Task 3.2 Approvol of Final Plan - Based on the recommended design strategies and the <br /> refinement of The West Main Streetscape Plan, HOK will review The Plan with HASC and <br /> City Staff. The West Main Streetscape Plan elements will be agreed upon to prepare the Final <br /> Plan. <br /> • Present Final West Main Streetscape Plan in a workshop format with the General Public <br /> and HASC. <br /> • Adjust the pian elements as necessary to achieve a consensus. <br /> • Obtain HASC approval to prepare Final Plan. <br /> • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion ofthe work effort. <br /> page 8 of 16 <br />
