R2001-126 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BLANK,WESSELINK, COOK&ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR FINAL DESIGN <br /> SERVICES FOR HUBBARD AVENUE/REA'S BRIDGE ROAD CONNECTOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement to provide final design engineering services for Hubbard <br /> Avenue / Rea's Bridge Connector presented to the Council herewith, between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., be and the same hereby is, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute this agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Blank, Wesselink, <br /> Cook& Associates, Inc., for a fee not to exceed $83,000. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 2001. <br /> /�� <br /> TERRY M.
