PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> This notice is to inform you that the draft FY 2002-FY 2004 Transportation Improvement Program(TIP)for <br /> the Decatur Urbanized Area Transportation Study(DUATS)has been placed on file for 30 days for your review <br /> and comments. This draft Program details the transportation projects and expenditures to be undertaken in FY <br /> 2002(July 1,2001 through June 30,2002),as well as those proposed for FY 2003 and FY 2004. This draft <br /> Program was j ointly developed by the member agencies of the DUATS,and approved by both the Technical and <br /> Policy Committees of the DUATS.
