That the Proposal of Blank, Wesselink, Cook and Associates for Engineering , <br /> Services regarding Demolition and Asbestos Abatement for property located in the Olde Towne II <br /> Redevelopment Project Area be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager of the City of Decatur be, and he is hereby, authorized ! <br /> and directed to negotiate a contract, not to exceed$40,000.00, with the firm of Blank, Wesselink, I <br /> Cook and Associates. <br /> Section 3.
