Subcontract expenses for special services for consultants such as legal, <br /> accounting, engineering, architectural, acoustical, etc.; computer scheduling <br /> methods(CPM or PERT); soil investigations; inspections; testing; etc. <br /> 6. Lodging for assignments outside Decatur, Illinois. <br /> 7. Renderings and artwork. <br />
