� � <br /> Aesthetics - $10,000 <br /> The consultant will recommend policies and programs to encourage or effect <br /> aesthetic improvements within the corridor. This may include incentive programs <br /> for facades, parking areas and signage improvements. <br /> Implementation $8,000 <br /> Strategies for implementation of the design concept, changes to land use <br /> policies, and aesthetic improvements in the study area shall be contained within <br /> the final report. <br /> West Main Streetscape - $20,000 <br /> City Staff and the Historic and Architectural Sites Commission will do oversight of <br /> this portion of the project. This project will include the following elements: An <br /> analysis of the existing conditions in the corridor, including a general historic <br /> survey of existing land uses. <br /> Public meetings to gain input on corridor-specific issues and designs. <br /> Recommendations regarding on-street parking, lighting, landscaping, and <br /> signage along the corridor. These improvements are intended to strengthen the <br /> tie along the corridor from Downtown to Millikin. <br /> Recommendations regarding regulatory controls such as zoning overlay districts, I <br /> aesthetic controls, etc. <br /> A streetscape plan that implements the recommendations, including cost <br /> estimates for capital improvements. <br /> A draft and final report outlining the above recommendations. <br /> Deliverables - $8,000 <br /> Deliverables shall include hard copy and digital copies of the following: <br /> Existing land uses along the corridor. <br /> A draft report incorporating project goals and objectives, development policies, <br /> alternative concepts, detailed analysis of the chosen concept, implementation <br /> strategies, and accompanying tables and maps. <br /> A final report approved by the Steering Committee and endorsed by the City <br /> Council. <br /> Budget <br /> The entire project is projected to be completed by June 30, 2002. <br /> Task <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement (Rev. 10/99) 10 Tomorrow FY 01-02 <br /> CPG-01-27 <br />
