R2001-82 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN <br /> ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH/ <br /> MACON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> -LEAD-BASED PAINT PILOT PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the request presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur, the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Macon County Health Department, to <br /> participate in a pilot program regarding the reduction of lead-based paint hazards be, and the <br /> same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute any documents necessary on behalf of the City, and the City Manager is <br /> hereby further authorized to cause to be done that which may appeaz to be appropriate to cause <br /> said pilot program to be fulfilled on behalf of the City; provided that, the cost to the City shall <br /> not exceed$30,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April,2001. <br /> TERRY M.
