R2001-81 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS <br /> -DOVE,INC. - <br /> -HERITAGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER- <br /> -HOME PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreements presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and DOVE, Inc. and the Heritage Behavioral Health Center regarding the HOME Program be, and the <br /> same are hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. Subject to the approval of the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development, that the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they aze hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> sign, seal and attest Agreements in substantially the form presented to Council herewith, on behalf of the <br /> City; provided that, the cost to the City regarding Dove, Inc. shall not exceed $63,000.00 and the cost to <br /> the City regarding Heritage Behavioral Health Center sha11 not exceed$50,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April,2001. <br /> TERRY M.
