R2001-75 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AN AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> - WATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the revised agreement for engineering services of Strand Associates, <br /> Inc.,be accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2.
