Kickoff Meetin ' <br /> g <br />' Develop an understanding of ENGINEER's and OWNER's role in the PROJECT, discuss I <br /> o eration of the existin water s <br /> p g ystem facilities, start the collection of additional data needed to <br /> conduct the study, and discuss any special concerns. <br /> 2. Demographics <br /> Develop a water demand projection that provides OWNER with an updated assessment of where <br /> existing and future demands are located in the system. Develop an agreed-upon margin of <br /> growth to use in long-term planning of the water system.
