Zion Presbyterian ChL�rch hired BWC of Decatur for our A/E as we <br /> contemplated the complete renovation of our church and day care cen�er. BWC's project and <br /> eonstruction manager for this renovation was Joe Cycotte. Mr Cycotte was responsible for tlzis <br /> designing of our 40-yeax-oId church buildiilg which is also used as a day care center. Tnis desian <br /> work included a new fire alarm systein, HVAC, electrical and pluinbing upgrades. Mr. Cycotte <br /> was also responsible for drawing up the contract plans and specifications and oversaw the site <br /> work. This work included the complete renovation of the existing building and included a new <br /> entrance and vestibule, sanctuary, church office, lcitchen, and siaged renovation of the day care <br /> center that allowed day care operations to continue durin� construction. Renovation included , <br /> interior design anci instailation ot a tizree-stop hydrauiic eievator. Tize totai cost oi tnis project 'i <br /> was $S 10,000.00. <br /> An inherent problein of this renovafion was maintaining day care operations as the <br /> construction was being done.
