The project was exceptionally challenging due to the
fact that this was an older building that aiso needed to be updated in appearance
to modernize and match the new addition. Also construction had to be ;
scheduled and managed to ailow us to stay operational during the entire project.
With Joe Cycotte's direction BWC designed a remarkabfy cost efficient and
effective plan. The project, which cost approx. $750,000 came in on budget at
anticipated pricing. i
Because of our lack of experience with construction and such projects we asked
Mr. Cycotte to p(ay severai roles. First was in the design stage to make sure we ;
were addressing ali our needs and facility requirements. Second was the direct
overseeing of the construction. vVe asKea nim to visii tne siie weekiy fio irsuie
that construction was completed correctly and since we were on a tight time ,
schedule fie also insured that consfruction continued unimpeded. Finally from a
management point of view he reviewed and approved all biiling for payment. !n '
aii phases he exceeded our expectations. Joe was both personable and
professional and showed great ability in coordinating our needs to the
construcfion company's. He was bofh fair and even handed to both and
facilitated a good working relationship between Prairie and Building Systems our ,
confractor.
G' ar@ CUffzflty COi iiu@i ifly S2'vci"a Ni vJ2CiS to or ex;Sr OCBtlQnS ;n f?AI'
areas and will most definitely use BWC and Joe Cycotte and I am pleased to
have this opportunity to recommend him.
Sincerely,
.

Mike Beasley ,
