correct the defective equipment, software, data, or service within a reasonable time as defined by <br /> the City. All costs relating thereto, including freight, shall be at the Consultant's own expense. <br /> In the event of such an occurrence,the initial or final performance test which is in progress shall <br /> be suspended for the defective component or the entire system, at the option of the City,until the <br /> faulty condition has been corrected, at which time the test shall be restarted at the beginning or <br /> resumed at the point of suspension, depending upon the nature and seriousness of the defect, and <br /> at the sole discretion of the City. <br /> E.
