That the Dependent Care Assistance P1an and the <br /> Flexible Benefits Plan II, copies of which are on file with the <br /> City Clerk, prepared pursuant to provisions of the Internal <br /> Revenue Code of 1986 , be, and the same are hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Manager and the City C1erk be, and <br /> they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest <br /> said Dependent Care Assistance Plan on behalf of the City of <br /> Decatur. <br /> Section 3 . That tne Administrative Flexible Spending <br /> Account II Agreement, the FleYible Benefits Plan II Adoption ' <br /> Agreement, and the Dependent Care Assistance P1an Adoption <br /> Agreement, between the Fort Dearborn Life Insurar.ce Company� ar.d <br /> the City of Decatur, copies of which agreements are on file with <br /> the City Clerk, be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 4 .
