That the Subrecipient Agreements o ty , <br /> Development Block Grant Program, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the following � <br /> subrecipients: African-American Cultural and Genealogical Society of Illinois, Community <br /> Health Improvement Center, Coalition of Neighborhood Organizations, Decatur Macon County <br /> Opportunities Corporation, Macon County Health Department, Decatur Catholic Charities, <br /> Easter Seals Central Illinois, Inc., Macon-Piatt AdulbTeen GED Academy, Trinity Christian <br /> Methodist Episcopal Church, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Macon County, Decatur Not In Our <br /> Town, Decatur Youth Agency, Youth Advocate Program, Inc., Youth With A Positive Direction, <br /> Garfield Montessori P.T.A. and Old King's Orchard Community Center be, and the same are <br /> hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
