The requested amendment to the PUD includes modifications to <br /> the building designs and footprints. The City also wishes to adopt certain design guidelines for the � <br /> for-sale buildings in this phase. The changes are further described in the submission set. Unless <br /> otherwise specified in the submission, all other portions of the PUD will remain as previously <br /> approved. <br /> SEGTION.FIVE: CERTIFICATION <br /> To be placed on the agenda of the regular meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 3:00 <br /> PM in the City Council Chambers, petition must be received on the first Thursday of the <br /> preceding month.
