Staff recommends approval of the rezoning petition with the following conditions: <br /> a. A site plan meeting the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance will be submitted and <br /> approved by the Engineering and Infrastructure Department and the Economic and Urban <br /> Development Department. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1. Section XXIX requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on a rezoning request, <br /> and then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for final approval. A <br /> motion to forward Calendar Number 04-27 to the City Council with a recommendation for <br /> approval is suggested. <br /> The above report constitutes the testimony and recommendation of the Planning and Economic <br /> Development Division, Economic and Urban Development Department, City of Decatur. <br /> Suzan Stickle <br /> Planner <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> l.
