The subject site is approximately 20,000 square feet and contains two (2) existing residential I <br /> structures, an accessory structure and a gravel parking lot. Utilities are available at the site. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2. The subject petition requests rezoning to O-1 Office District to allow for the construction of a <br /> veterinarian clinic and a parking lot to serve the site. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 1. The surrounding zoning includes R-5 Two-Family Residence District and B-2 Commercial <br /> District. The proposed rezoning is compatible with the adjacent commercial zoning to the <br /> east. <br /> 2. The rezoning of the subject property to O-1 Office District is in harmony with the intent of <br /> the Comprehensive Plan. <br />
