ORDINANCE NO. 2004-46 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1314 AND 1354 NORTH MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Blackstone Crroup to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lots One (1) and Eleven (11), except the north 16 feet thereof, and Lots Two (2) <br /> and Three (3) of B. Dill's Subdivision, being a Subdivision of the east part of Lot <br /> Two (2) in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), <br /> Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P. M., as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 149, Page 47 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> also the east half of the vacated alley lying west of and adjacent to said Lots of B. <br /> Dill's Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 47 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois,AND <br /> Lot Four (4), except 20 feet off the entire south side thereof, and except the north <br /> 19.95 feet of the south 39.95 feet thereo� and except the west Eight (8) feet <br /> thereof, AND <br /> Lots Five(5), Six(6), and Seven(7), except the west Eight(8) feet thereof, AND <br /> Lot Eight (8), except that part conveyed to the City of Decatur, by deed recorded <br /> in Book 1631, Page 156 as Document No. 857750. <br /> Also the west half of the vacated alley lying east of and adjacent to said Lots Four <br /> (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8) of B.
