M., as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 149, Page 47 of the records in the Recorder's Of�ice of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, also the west half of the vacated alley lying east of and adjacent to said Lot <br /> Nine (9) of B. Dill's Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 47 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, AND <br /> Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) of the Assessors' Subdivision of the South- <br /> east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 2 <br /> East of the 3rd P. M., as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 22 of the records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the South 19.95 feet of <br /> said Lot Three(3),AND <br /> Lot Ten(10) of B. Dills Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 47 of <br /> the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. ALso, the west <br /> half of the vacated alley lying east of and adjacent to said Lot Ten(10), <br /> from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District, O-1 Of�ce District, B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District <br /> and B-2 Commercial District to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above descnbed premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 <br /> Multiple Dwelling District, O-1 Of�ce, B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District and B-2 Commercial <br /> District to PD Planned Development District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
