� r � r�. �,��. �� -�`� � - � �� � 1 ` �i - o� � ORDINANCE NO. 2004-41 ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 1551 McBRIDE AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of U.S. Scrap and Metal Company, for a conditional use permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for industrial and commodity scrap metal processing on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: TRACT L• All of the north 400 feet of the south 653 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section One (1), Township 16 North, Range Two East of the 3rd P. M., except the east 499.24 feet thereof and except the west 630 feet, but the east 15 feet of the North 185 feet of the west 630 feet thereof; situated in Macon County, Illinois. TRACT IL• The west 299.24 feet of the east 499.24 feet of the following: the north 400.00 feet of the south 653.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section One (1), Township 16 North, Range Two East of the 3rd P. M., Macon County, Illinois, except the west 630.00 feet thereof, together with an easement in, upon and over the surface of a strip 50 feet in width described as: Beginning at a point on the east line of North Woodford Street in the City of Decatur, Illinois, as now located, 653 feet north and 25 feet east of the Southwest corner of said described quarter-quarter section; thence north 50 feet; thence east on a line parallel with the south line of said quarter-quarter section to the west line of the right of way of Illinois Terminal Railroad Company; thence southeasterly along said west line of said right of way to a point 653 feet north of the south line of said described quarter-quarter section; thence west to the place of beginnuig, for ingress and egress to and from the said premises and said North Woodford Street, a public street of said City of Decatur, to serve said premises for the carriage there over of persons, goods and merchandise and for other use or travel incident to the use of said premises in common with, and subject to the rights of, the United ',
