States of America or other persons in, to or concerning such strip and now of <br /> record in the County of Macon and State of Illinois, commonly known as 1551 <br /> McBride Avenue, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> TRACT III: <br /> Lot Two (2) of the E. P. Giese Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1832, Page 281 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Corrunission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and granted. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to U.S. Scrap and <br /> Metal Company, and only to U.S. Scrap and Metal Company, to allow for industrial and <br /> commodity scrap metal processing upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat <br /> thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof: <br /> Section 3. That the conditional use permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That within ninety(90) days of the date of this Ordinance a six(6) foot <br /> high sight-break fence, or a six (6) foot high hedge or similar landscape materials <br /> shall constructed along North Woodford Street, McBride Avenue and <br /> approximately six hundred (600) feet on the south property line. The sight-break <br /> along Woodford Street shall be setback a minimum of forty (40) feet. <br />
