The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur (Section XXII A. 2.) requires the Plan <br /> Commisslon to hold a publlc hearing on the rezoning request for study and a report on the effect <br /> of the proposed use on the comprehensive plan and compliance with the standards for review.
