This change is for matters <br /> of consistency throughout the ordinance. <br /> 12. Section XVII.B. proposed addition of"Storage yards" as a conditional use. <br /> 13. Section XXIV.C.2 j.iii. proposed change from requirements for such uses to requirements "of <br /> their respective use." This change is for matters of consistency throughout the ordinance. <br /> 14. Section XXIV.D.3.b. proposed deletion of"Where a 90 degree parking space is terminated by <br /> a curb, a 1.5 foot overhang is permitted and the depth of the parking space may be reduced <br /> thereby. However, if a sidewalk is provided adjacent to the curb, it shall be designed so that <br /> there is a minimum clear sidewalk width of four(4) feet exclusive of the vehicle overhang." <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 15. Staff recommends approval of the amendments as proposed. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 4. Section XXIX.G. of the Zoning Ordinance requires Plan Commission to hold a public hearing <br /> and make recommendations to the City Council on amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.
