Section 3. That Section V.C.6.b. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby amended and modified, so that said Section V.C.6.b. as amended, shall provide as follows: SECTION V. R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT C. HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS 6. Building Height: b. M�imum height(feet): 35 Section 4. That Section IX.C.3. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified, so that said Section IX.C.3., as amended, shall provide as follows: SECTION IX. R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT C. HEIGHT AND AREA REGULATIONS 3. Minimum Front Yard(feet): 25 Section 5. That Sections X.B. and XI.C. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified, by adding thereto in the alphabetically listed Conditional Uses the following language: "Schools, Commercial: Para-professional" with all the following paragraphs renumbered accordingly. Section 6. That Section XI.B.4.c. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified so that said Section as amended, shall provide as follows: SECTION XI. B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT B. PERMITTED USES 4. Automotive service station, subject to the following: c. The use shall be set back at least 50 feet from any side lot line in a residential district; Section 7. That Section XI.B.20. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified by deleting subparagraph h. therefrom, and with all the following pazagraphs renumbered accordingly.
