2004-02 AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE

Section 8. That Sections XII.A.44. and XIV.A.34. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified so that said Sections as amended, shall provide as follows: "Schools, Commercial: Para-professional." Section 9. That Sections XII.A. and XVI.A. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified, by adding thereto in the alphabetically listed Permitted Uses the following language: "Tattoo or body piercing parlor" with all the following paragraphs renumbered accordingly. Section 10. That Sections XII.B. and XVI.B. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and modified, by deleting therefrom the following Conditional Use: "Tattoo or body piercing parlor." Section 11. That Section XII.B. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified, by adding thereto in the alphabetically listed Conditional Uses the following language: "Schools, Commercial: Trade and technical' with all the following paragraphs renumbered accordingly. Section 12. That Section XII.C.6. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified, so that said Section, as amended shall provide as follows: SECTION XII.
