SECTION XIII. B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT <br /> D. Parking and Loading Requirements: <br /> "Off-street parking shall be provided on a ratio.of not less than one automobile <br /> space for every 200 square feet of building floor area, the floor area to be <br /> determined as provided in Section XXIV. However, if the center proposed has <br /> known uses that need more spaces than the above ratio, such as, but not limited to, <br /> motion picture theaters, bowling alleys, or restaurants, then the required off-street <br /> parking as set forth in Section XXIV shall apply for the building area showing that <br /> use." <br /> Section 14. That Section XIV.B. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified at the first sentence thereof, so that said sentence, as <br /> amended, shall provide as follows: , <br /> SECTION XIV.B. B-4 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT I', <br /> B. CONDITIONAL USES , <br /> "Consistent with the provisions of Section XXII of this Ordinance, the I <br /> following uses may be permitted by conditional use in the B-4 District:" <br /> Section 15. That Section XVII.B. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified, by adding thereto in the alphabetically listed <br /> Conditional Uses the following language: <br /> "Storage yards" <br /> with all the following paragraphs renumbered accordingly. <br /> Section 16. That Section XXIV.C.2.j.iii. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur <br /> be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified, so that said Section, as amended shall provide <br /> as follows: <br /> iii. College or University One(1) space for every three(3) employees <br /> and members of the staff and one (1) space <br /> for every three(3) full-time students not <br /> residing on-campus. Ancillary uses such as <br /> residential facilities (dormitories, fraternities, <br /> apartment houses, etc.), 1 ibraries and public <br /> facilities are subject to the parking require- <br /> ments of their respective use. <br />
