Section 17. That Section XXIV.D.3.b. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur <br /> be, and the same is hereby, deleted with the following paragraphs renumbered accordingly. <br /> Section 18. That Section XXIV.D.7.a.ii. of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur <br /> be, and the same is hereby, amended and modified, so that said Section, as amended shall provide <br /> as follows: <br /> u. Non-residential uses: parking areas and driveways shall be paved with a <br /> minimum of two (2) inches of Class I asphalt or concrete over a six-inch aggregate <br /> base, or other hard surface as approved by the Department of Engineering and <br /> Infrastructure. <br /> Section 19.
