Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from O-1 <br /> PLANNED LTNIT DEVELOPMENT and R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to <br /> PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. <br /> Section 3. That said Planned Development be, and the same is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That each proposed sign shall not be larger than four (4) feet wide by <br /> ten (10) feet tall; and, <br /> (b) That a sign permit issued by the City of Decatur shall be required. <br /> Section 4.
